10 years of experience in concierge services and team management at executive offices and five-star hotels. I went abroad to learn about international services. I gained experience in the tourism sector in the UK and Australia.
Upon returning to Japan, I worked as a concierge (the youngest manager in Japan) at an international office rental company. In this position, I was recognised and selected as the “Best Customer Service Representative” in Asia and Oceania while working at high-grade office rental companies.
However, after supporting hundreds of companies, I developed a desire to provide more “personal” support tailored to clients. This led me to start offering professional personal assistant services and establish the Japan Personal Assistant Association (trademark registered).
After about 10 years of activity, as the new secretary service gradually took root in Japan and requests from small and medium-sized businesses increased, I incorporated the business in 2022.
Currently, as the CEO/Executive Manager, I support top executives, train personal assistants, and manage operations.

We assist with a variety of business management tasks, including:
★arranging travel, accommodation, and, occasionally, traveling with the manager
to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
★meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
★organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
★dealing with incoming email;
★taking dictation and minutes;
★liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
★producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
★organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
